Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the OP Vault mobile application (the "App") operated by OP Vault ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

OP Vault is a mobile application available on iOS and Android that allows users to:

• Browse a comprehensive database of One Piece Trading Card Game cards
• Track their personal card collection
• Build and manage decks
• View market values and pricing information
• Save favorite cards and create wishlists

2. User Accounts

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account using Google or Apple Sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OP Vault and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription plans. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Subscription terms, including auto-renewal and cancellation, are governed by the respective platform's policies. You agree to review the applicable payment terms before making any purchase.

6. Pricing Information Disclaimer

Card prices and market values displayed within the App are provided for informational purposes only through third-party partners. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data. Prices may vary from actual market conditions. You should not rely solely on the App's pricing information for making purchasing or selling decisions.

7. Disclaimer of Affiliation

OP Vault is an unofficial, fan-made application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai Co., Ltd., Bandai Namco, Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. One Piece and all related characters, names, and indicia are trademarks of their respective owners. Card images and data are used for informational and reference purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OP Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the App's content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on the App

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
